Within the framework of cooperation

Implementing the decision of the
leader of the MPS of Vietnam, from 7th to 11th, October,
2014, Vietnamese police delegation led by Lt.Gen, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President
of the PPA attended the annual international conference on "Innovation in
law Enforcement" and the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Executive
University of Mongolia which were held at Ulan
Bator, Mongolia.
Maj.Gen. Kh.Temuujin, Minister of Justice of Mongolia chaired the opening
session and had a speech to welcome the representatives.

Towards the 70-year anniversary of the
traditional day of People's Police Forces (August 19th, 1945 -
2015), the 10 years of festival of nation security protection of the whole
people and the Vietnamese Teacher's Day (20th November), on November
4th, 2014, at the indoor sporting hall, the PPA held a opening ceremony
of Football - Table Tennis tournament for all officers, teachers, employees and
students. Major General, Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA and leaders
of the functional units attended and cheered for the athletes.

Under the agreement of the leadership
of the MPS, from 3rd to 15th October, 2014, the PPA’s delegation
led by Colonel, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Phu, Vice President of the Academy,
attended the 2nd international conference on the law enforcement and
public health (LEPH 2014) in Amsterdam,
Netherlands.

Towards the 70th founding anniversary of
the People’s Army and the People’s Police, in the evening of October 24th,
2014, the youth of the two forces formally organized “Responding Ceremony for
coordinating program among Youth Unions of training institutions of People’s
Police and academies, schools, units of People’s Army” to concretize the
program, the contents that were united between the General Department of Building-up
People’s Police Force and General Department of Political of People's Army.

Implementing the direction of the Vietnam
General Confederation of Labor and the Central Party Committee of Ministry of
Public Security (MPS), on October 14th, 2014, the Executive
Committee of Labor Union of Ministry of Public Security held the contest "Propagandizing
Constitution in 2013 and the 85-year tradition of building and development of
the Public Security Labor Union in the northern region.”
