In the international cooperation framework of the MPS, the high-ranking delegation of the People's Public Security University of China came to Vietnam for visiting and working with the PPA from 10th ,11th to November 14th 2015. The delegation had 5 members, led by Ms. Tich Diem Le, Vice-President and members were Head of Postgraduate Education Institution, Head of Training Management, Deputy Head of Student Management and Vice Manager of Magazine.

"The value is in difficult conditions, adversity brings wisdom"; young officers and teachers should "love their job more, be more dynamic" "be honored, proud to be officers and students of the heroic PPA"– that was brief, concise opinion delivered by Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem -President of the PPA in the Seminar on "Meeting with the Academy’s young officers, teachers on occasion of the Vietnamese Teacher's Day 20/11" to be held on November 16th, 2015 in the PPA.

“Towards homeland's sea and islands” is now the hot topic and a sentimental
flames of the Vietnamese to a part of body of the Motherland. Many significant
activities which deeply depicted round-the-clock hardship faced by our soldiers
were invisible sentimental strings connecting to our glorious traditions about
national love and solidarity to overcome all the adversities.

Responding to the culture-art and emulation activities to welcome Vietnamese

Festival” for the staffs and students of the Academy.

In the evening of August 10th,
the Public Security Ministry and Vietnamese General Confederation of Laborers held
the art performance to celebrate 70th anniversary of traditional day
of Public Security force, 10th anniversary of the Festival Day for People's National Security and Defense with
the theme of “For a peaceful life” and commending 70 individuals and groups
that have gained excellent achievements in the movement of People's National
Security and Defence. Mrs. Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Thi Lien – Chairwoman of
the PPA‘s Labor Union, was honored to be commended in the meeting.

With
the consent of the Police General Department’s leaders, on November 9th,
2015, the PPA in cooperation with the Anti-Hi-tech Crime Police Department (C50) and the Anti-Hi-tech
Crime Division of Ha Noi’s Public
Security Department to organize the scientific workshop: “Experience in
organization of struggling against the Hi-Tech crimes by the Anti-Hi-tech
Crime Police Force (2010-2015)”,
under the chairmanship of Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat - Vice
President of the PPA.

On November 18th, the Anti-Environment related Crime Police Faculty
in cooperation with the Students Management Department signed the MoU on
coordination in organizing the environmental protection activities at the PPA.
Attending and directing the Ceremony was Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van
Nhat, Vice President of the Academy.

On November 17th, the Anti-Environment related Crime Police
Department in cooperation with the PPA organized the Scientific Conference "Improving the quality of the Anti-Environment
related Crime police training in the current situation” under the co-chair of
Major General, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Xuan Ly, Director of the Anti-Environment
related Crime Police Department and Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat,

In the framework of
cooperative regulations by the ASEANPOL and implementation of the Ministry of
Public Security’s Decision, the Vietnamese police delegation led by Major
General, Assoc.Prof Pham Ngoc Ha, Vice President of the PPA attended the 6th ASEANAPOL Police-Training
Cooperative Conference (APTCM) in Jakarta city, the capital of Republic
of Indonesia.

On November 13th, the PPA held the signing ceremony of MOU
between the Academy and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam
(BIDV). Attending the ceremony were Senior Colonel, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Minh Chat,
Vice President of the PPA, Mr. Quach Hung Hiep, Deputy General Director of BIDV
and representatives of the two agencies.

On November 12th,
2015, at the National Conference Centre, the State Council for Professor Title (SCPT)
formally held the Ceremony on granting the Professor and Associate Professor
Titles for 522 educators in 2015. The PPA was also honored to have 1 Professor
and 4 Associate Professors this year.
