On August 21st, 2015, the PPA
in collaboration with the Police Department of drug-related crimes
investigation - MPS, Anti-Smuggling Investigation Department - General
Department of Customs, Department of Drug Prevention - High Command of Marine
Police, the police force for drug-related crimes investigation of local police in
the northern provinces held the scientific Workshop “Improving communication
skills to prevent drug related crimes in northern provinces”.

Throughout 70 years of building and development,
being attended, trained by Communism Party as well as the Government, the Public
Security Force of Vietnam have always showed the absolute loyalty to Communism
Party, Fatherland, got ready to sacrifice for the peaceful lives of the people.
The young generation of the PPA is proud of the glorious tradition of the
Public Security Force in general and of the PPA in particular by making efforts
to continue such remarkable pages of the Public Security Force.

Soon after arriving in the area of political-social
practice and being welcomed to households by the local authorities, the
students of course D40 organized many meaningful activities that were relevant to
the purposes, requirements of political practice period in Tay Ninh province
this time.

In the spirit of solidarity to organize the
voluntary activities towards celebrating 70 traditional years of the Vietnamese
Public Security force, the Youth Union of Course D38 organized the voluntary
program in Quang Ninh province to share the loss that the local people have
suffered in the previous flood.

Implementing the Project on Meeting, parade
and march to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19th,
1945 - August 19th, 2015) and the National Day of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam (September 2nd, 1945 - September 2nd,
2015), the Public Security force selected the officers and soldiers of the High
Command of Mobile Police and students of police training institutions to take
part in parade blocks undertaken by the Ministry of Public Security. As regard the
PPA, 285 students including both male students of the course D39 and female
students of the course D38 and D39 were chosen to perform this critical politic
task.

On
August 14th 2015, the People’s Committee of Tan Bien District held
a welcoming ceremony for 1050
PPA’s students of course D40 and
D27 Laos for political - social practice in Thanh
Tay and Tan Phong Commune,
Tan Bien District,
Tay Ninh Province.

announced the Information on the new contribution of academic and theory of the
thesis of Postgraduate student Tran Duc Trung.

On 10th August, the Youth Union of
course D39, the PPA’s Volunteer Club in collaboration with the Vietnam Circus
Federation organized the circus e show titled “Mid-autumn for Children” so as
to raise funds for charity for voluntary activities in Mu Cang Chai district -
Yen Bai province.

With the consent of the leaders of the
Ministry of Public Security, the Political General Department of the MPS, on
August 17th, 2015, the PPA solemnly celebrated the 70th anniversary
of Vietnam’s Public Security force and the 10th anniversary of the Public Day
for National Security and Defense.

On August 12th, 2015, the PPA
solemnly held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Monument of President Ho Chi
Minh and the late Ministers of Interior, Ministers of Public Security through
the periods.

In the emulative atmosphere towards
celebrating 70th anniversary of Vietnam’s Public Security force and the 10th
anniversary of the Public Day for National Security and Defense, on August 12th,
2015, the PPA was honored to receive the Decision on recognizing to be the key
training institution of Public Security force.

In the
framework of the cooperation between The People’s Police Academy (PPA) and the Korean
International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam, under the permission of
the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the PPA has just
received one KOICA’s Taekwondo volunteer.

On 28th July, 2015, the PPA held
the Opening Ceremony of 2nd training course for reconnaissance
forces on combating economy and drug related crimes in the Public Security force in 2015.
