On February 2nd, 2015, at
the Temple of Literature
in Hanoi, the
National Council of Professor Title held the ceremony to present certificates
to the newly entitled professors and associate professors. The PPA was also
honored one Professor and 4 Associate Professors this year.

With the consent of the head of the
Ministry of Public Security and the unity of the two units, on February 04th,
2015, the PPA and the External Affairs Department - Ministry of Public Security
held the Ceremony of signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the
two units. Senior Lieutenant General Dang Van Hieu, member of the Party Central
Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and presided
at the Ceremony.

With the instruction of the leadership
of the Ministry of Public Security and the Political General Department of the
Public Security Force, on January 23rd, 2015, the PPA solemnly held the
Opening Ceremony for 1st course of criminal justice specialty. Lieutenant
General Tran Ba Thieu, Director General of the Political General Department of
the Public Security Force attended and presided at the Ceremony.

To
respond to the campaign titled “Winter volunteer” launched by the Ho Chi Minh
Communist Youth Union and under the permission of the Party Committee and
Directorate of the PPA, on 31st January, 2015, the Youth Union of the PPA cooperated
with its counterparts in districts in Ha Noi Capital and Phu Tho province organized
the voluntary activities in Tinh Nhue commune, Thanh Son district, Phu Tho
province.

Every year, on the occasion of Tet
Festival, the shortage of blood has become an obsession of patients. On the occasion
of early spring, every police officer not only plays a role in maintaining the
security but also becomes the holders of the reunion joy as well as the life of
many patients.

In the exciting atmosphere of the early
days of 2015 and welcoming Lunar New Year, on February 3rd, 2015,
the Party Committee of the PPA solemnly held the Meeting to celebrate 85th
founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (Feb 3rd,
1930 - Feb 3rd, 2015).

Our country is incoming
international integration, which is the golden chance for us to interact, exchange
information and coordinate with nations in the world with a view to achieving
an all-round development. Nonetheless, to reach this target, it requires the joint
endeavor of the Party and the civilian, among which the Vietnamese student
forces - the young scholars of the country need to pioneer and integrate
confidently into the world.

Within the framework of co-operation
between the PPA of Vietnam and the Royal Cadet Police Academy of Thailand (RCPA),
January 16th-20th, 2015, the delegation of Center for
Scientific Information and Academic Materials of the PPA led by Senior
Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Van Lien, Vice Director of the Center visited and
worked with the RCPA.

On 1st January, the
Ministry of Education and Training held the ceremony to award “Vietnam Young
Science Talent Award” in 2014. Among the winning research works, the first-prize
work of PPA’s students on criminal characteristics of criminal
offenses using the Internet to appropriate property and recommendations for the
social prevention drew the considerable attentions.

Responding the “Volunteer in winter” program which was mobilized by the
Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, January 8th-10th, 2015,
the Youth Union of the PPA in company with Youth Union branches of the Basic Profession
Department and the Department of Anti-evironmental Crime organized “Volunteer in
winter” program in Muong Te district, Lai Chau province.

At about 3.30 pm on Jan 7th, 2015, while
crossing Lane No.39, Hao Nam street, O Cho Dua ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha
Noi capital, suddenly, Le Hung - third year student of Criminal Investigation specialty
of the PPA came across 2 suspects who were standing near a white Honda Lead motorbike
which the registration number was 29E1.14118.

the thesis of Postgraduate student Khuong Duy Oanh.

December 17th, The Staff Office of Public Security Department of
Nghe An Province in cooperation with the Communist Youth Union (CYU) of Vinh
City celebrated the Ceremony of propagating and preventing the firecrackers in
the Le Viet Thuat high school, Vinh City with the participation of 82 students
of Course D37 within the PPA who were on probation at Nghe An Province..
