On December 13th,2015, at the
Meeting-Hall of the People's Committee of Co Nhue ward, the Youth Union of Co
Nhue ward together with PPA, the University of Mining and Geology organized the
"Blood Donation Program" attracting the participation of a large
number of the youth union members and people

In the series of voluntary
programs of the Public Security training institution in general and the PPA in
particular, in the morning of December 13rd, 2015, the PPA’s Youth Unions
took a voluntary trip to present the gift to Ngo Thi Thuy - an excellent pupil in
disadvantage circumstance in Chinh Tam Commune, Kim Son District, Ninh Binh Province.

In the morning of December
10th, at the PPA, the Central Theoretical Council in collaboration
with the Ministry of Science and Technology held the National Acceptance Meeting
of scientific research project on "Ensuring the social order and safety in
the new situation". Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, President
of the PPA - the chairman of the research project.

At the invitation of the University of Moscow - the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs, with the consent of Vietnam Ministry of Public Security’s Leaders,Major General, Asooc.Prof.Dr. Dang Xuan Khang,Vice President of the PPA led a delegation to visit and work with the University of Moscow – the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs from November 16th to 19th ,2015. While working in the Russian Federation, the PPA Delegation had many practical and effective activities.

On November 26th, 2015, with the consent of
the Ministry of Education and Training and the MPS, the PPA solemnly held the
opening ceremony for the PhD course 20 and awarding the Ph.D degree of the
second phase in 2015. H.E Lieutenant General Dang Van Hieu - Member of the
Central Party, Permanent Deputy Minister of Public
Security attended and directed the ceremony.

With the
consent of the MPS; People’s Public Security Political General Department, on
November 30th, 2015, PPA solemnly held the ceremony to launch the
Institute of Police Science. This is the new organization under the structure
and organization of the PPA.

On December 9th, 2015, the PPA solemnly held the solemn opening ceremony
of 2th civil training course on Criminal Justice Speciality in the academic
year 2015 - 2016. Lieutenant General, Prof.Dr Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of
the PPA attended and presided the ceremony.

On November 26th, 2015, the
students of the PPA participated in the movement of preventing the serious erosion
along the Cua Dai beach province’s Hoi An city of Quang Nam Province.

In the framework of the Master's degree joint
program between the PPA and the University of Maryland, USA on
Criminal Justice, from November 30th – December 4th, 2015,
the University of Maryland appointed Prof. Lawrence Sherman to teach the
special subject on Police Science at the PPA.

Passion with the blue uniform, desire to help the community,
My Chau, Khanh Linh and Ngan actively made efforts to overcome the entrance
examination to the PPA, and become the first-rank students of the Academy with
the extremely-high examinee rates.

On November 7th, 2015, a camping festival took place at the
PPA. This event was a special activity to celebrate the Vietnamese Teacher’s Day
on November 20th. The camping festival was held every three years;
therefore, it was lucky for me to have a chance to take part in.
