8 lecturers of

attended the contest “Best Lecturer of training institutions of
Public Security Ministry” school
year 2015 - 2016 held by the Political General Department
of Public Security force
at the People's
Security Academy.

With
the consent of the leadership of Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of
Defense; on the basis of discussions between the two Agencies, on May 16th,
2016, the PPA and the High Command of Border Guard signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) in the filed of information exchange, training, scientific
research and other exchange activities.

the occasion of the 48th anniversary of establishment of the PPA (May
15th,1968 - May 15th, 2016), in the evening of May 15th,
2016, the PPA solemnly held the Anniversary Ceremony and Beauty Contest “Charming
of Criminal Justice 2016”.

In the morning of May 12th,
2016, the Postgraduates of 20th course presented the brazen half-length
statue of President Ho Chi Minh to the PPA to express the deep gratitude to the
elder generation as well as to the cause of education of the PPA.

the PPA, on May 12th, 2016, the PPA’s Office hold the Launching
Ceremony of Legal library under the chairman of Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr.
Nguyen Xuan Yem - President of the PPA.

With
the consent of the Ministry of Public Security, Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr.
Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA - Director of Police Sciences Institute
led the delegation of the PPA visited and worked with the Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and New South Wales Police Force, the
Commonwealth of Australia from April 24th-30th, 2016. Schedule
of the PPA’s delegation included two main parts: working with the Royal
Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) and working with New South
Wales Police Force.

On April 15th, 2016, the 70th
Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the forces of Finance of People’s Public
Security (17.04.1946 - 17.04.2016) and the ceremony to award the First-class
Fatherland Defense Order for the Department of Finance successfully took place.
The soldiers and officers of the forces of Finance of People’s Public Security
were happy and proud of receiving the congratulatory letter from Tran Dai
Quang, Member of the Political Bureau, President of the Socialist Republic of

Implementing Plan No. 44/KH-BCA-X11
dated 04/3/2016 of the Minister of Public Security on organizing Workshop
“Current situation and development orientation of Center of Archives and
Library in the training institutions of the Public Security force”, on May 6th,
2016, the PPA solemnly held Scientific Workshop “Development Orientation of
Center of Archives and Library of People's Police Academy” under the chairman
of Major General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA.

of South Vietnam (April 30th), International Workers’ Day (May 1st) and 48
years of establishment of the PPA (May 15th, 1968 - May 15th, 2016 ), on April
28th, 2016, the PPA in collaboration with Hanoi Metropolitan University
organized the sporting and cultural exchange program. This event welcomed
astonishing performances and massive support from the students, especially
those from Hanoi Metropolitan University.

April 26th, 2016, the PPA organized the Closing ceremony of English
language courses for the students of high quality classes of the PPA in 2016.

Implementing the direction of the PPA’s Directorate on
improving the reading culture among officers, teachers and students, in the
morning of April 25th, 2016, the Center of Archives and Library in
coordination with the Department of Political Theory - Social Science and Humanity
organized the "Book exhibition on President
Ho Chi Minh on the occasion of the Vietnam Book Day and the anniversary of 126th
birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (19/5/1890 - 19/05/2016)".

According to the education program as
well as the Plan of the PPA’s Board of Directors, students of Specialty of Foreign Languages class
B10D39 took an internship course in Hoi An from December 7th,
2015 to January 31st, 2016. For more than two years of living and
studying in the PPA, I have gained considerable precious theoretical knowledge
in foreign languages (especially English) and professional tasks of the Public
Security forces.
