On May 30th, 2017, the PPA and the delegation of New South Wales Police jointly held a presentation on common police terms and phrases for students of English for Police specialty.

On May 26th, 2017, the PPA and the Regional English Language Office - US Embassy in Hanoi held the closing ceremony of English For Specific Purposes (ESP) training course for 49 traffic police officers of Thua Thien Hue province.

On May 25th, 2017, the PPA successfully held the doctoral thesis defense of Postgraduate student Cao Hoang Long in English at institutional level. Senior Lieutenant General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security was Chairman of the Evaluation Board.

On May 25th, 2017, the PPA held the scientific workshop “Improving the good teaching quality at PPA” to preliminarily review the implementation of Circular No.56/2010/TT-BCA dated December 14th, 2010 of the Minister of Public Security that regulates the good teaching in police training institutions.
