On April 2nd 2018, the People’s Police Academy organized a meeting with the delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Hanoi led by Mr. Lee Chul - Minister Counselor. Maj. Gen. Tran Minh Chat - Vice President of PPA chaired the meeting, there were also the presences of representatives of Department of International Cooperation, Administration Office of the Academy and Centre for Achieves and Library.

On March 27th 2018, the People’s Police Academy organized a scientific conference “The Quality Assurance and Training Testing at the People's Police Academy towards the goal of becoming a focal institution of higher education, achieving the nation’s standard”. With the agreement of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, implementing the annual international cooperation program, the People’s Police Academy organized a training course entitled "Improving the effectiveness of crime prevention and fighting" for 15 officers and students of Royal Police Cadet Academy of Thailand, and 03 students from Korean National Police University from March 19th to 30th, 2018.
